Learning in the 21st century is undergoing radical change. Four core elements of government policy are directed to achieving that change:

The 21st Century Learning Alliance aims to provide a unique and powerful forum with wide representation from practitioners, government agencies and industry. With its combined knowledge, skills, experience and networks the group will debate difficult and sensitive issues in an open and honest manner.

The group will establish its credibility to stimulate improvement and change through contributing expert, evidence-based challenge and advice at the highest level. It will provide a robust link between key national educational organisations and commerce.

Martin Ripley
21st Century Learning Alliance

The 21st Century Learning Alliance believes strategic use of technology is fundamental to delivering these reforms. The majority of school learners of all ages want and expect the best technology solutions when they need them and where they need them. All learners should have the confidence and capability to learn all the time, wherever they are, whatever the setting.
